1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AgriMart. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AgriMart's website, mobile platforms, products, and agricultural services. By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age or represent a legally recognized agricultural entity, Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), or enterprise to register and purchase on AgriMart. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and OTPs, and for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Product Catalog, Authenticity & Pricing

• Authentic Sourcing: All seeds, bio-fertilizers, crop protection inputs, and farm machinery listed on AgriMart are sourced directly from certified breeders, registered seed producers, and verified manufacturers.
• Pricing: All prices listed on the platform are fair, transparent, and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any typographical or technological errors in pricing or availability before confirming an order.
• Packaging & Descriptions: While we endeavor to provide accurate descriptions, product images are for illustrative purposes and packaging may vary periodically based on manufacturer batch updates.

4. Agricultural Usage & Field Performance Disclaimer

Important Agronomic Notice: The performance of agricultural inputs, including seed germination rates, crop emergence, pest resistance, and harvest yields, is heavily dependent upon natural agro-climatic conditions, seasonal weather, local soil health, irrigation quality, application timing, and farmer management practices.

• AgriMart supplies certified inputs with verified batch test results, but cannot guarantee specific harvest yields or crop outputs due to environmental factors beyond our control.
• Farmers and users are strictly required to read manufacturer labels, follow recommended dilution and dosage rates, and wear recommended protective gear when applying agricultural treatments.
• General advice provided by our AgriClinic advisory team is intended as agronomic guidance and should be adapted to your local field conditions.

5. Orders, Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. Delivery timelines generally range between 3 to 7 business days depending on destination pincode and rural serviceability.
• For heavy farm equipment or bulk fertilizer consignments, delivery may be facilitated through specialized road transport carriers, and offloading at the destination address is the responsibility of the consignee unless arranged otherwise.
• Risk of damage or loss passes to the purchaser upon successful delivery to the specified address.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Replacements

• Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery directly from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
• Transit Damage & Mismatch: If an item is received in a visibly damaged condition or does not match your order, you must notify our customer care within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, a free replacement or full refund will be arranged.
• Seed Packets & Biological Inputs: Due to strict biological safety, moisture control, and contamination standards, seed packets, opened chemical/bio-fertilizer containers, or products with unsealed tamper-evident packaging cannot be returned once opened.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, website content, images, graphics, and software on AgriMart are the exclusive property of AgriMart or its content suppliers and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, AgriMart and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from product misuse, improper agronomic application, or natural crop failures.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
